Now, ever since I was little I had a large appetite. I used to constantly eat, eat, eat (which is the main reason I'm here haha) and even after losing weight and changing my eating habits I still ate a lot volume-wise and liked bulking up my carbs with veggies so that I could eat more. Recently, however, I've been unable to eat more than around half portions and I've constantly felt full. This occurred a while ago when I was eating tons of cauliflower but I haven't bloated so I don't know why this is happening. The portion sizes have kept the same and the foods aren't ridiculously high in fibre - for example this morning I had a banana smoothie with greek yoghurt and I could only finish half. Last night I also felt full even though I'd just gone for a swim which ALWAYS makes me ravenous... any help? Whenever I look it up it says I might have ovarian cancer which I really don't want to be the case
