Hi all
I started my weight loss program 2 and a half weeks ago, ive lost 6lbs, but i know that is mostly water weight
Im on 1800 calories, all clean food (nuts, seeds, oats, lean meat and tonnes of low carb veg)- the calculators say thats a 700 calorie deficit
I currently do weights, but ive been thinking of introducing cardio as a weight to increase my calorie deficit without dropping my food
Do you think that is a good idea or do you think it would result in too much of a deficit?
