The carbs actually make most people more sleepy which is a good thing for some. Bananas are low calories and packed with protein, calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and biotin.

If it's fitting within your goals/syns/calories/macros then eat them. Generally most people have a cut off for eating. For me I don't like eating after 7pm when it can be avoided.
