I should probably start a new sub forum for people like me. Given up with traditional diet plans and trying something made up (has worked for me in the past).
Is kinda like a liquid diet(ish)
Having an UltraSlim shake for lunch and chunky soups for dinner (with a bread roll - don't want to totally cut out the carbs). Lots of different chunky soup combinations and very hotpot/stew/casserole like, so at least it won't get too boring.
Not going to kick myself if I slip with a snack every now and then (although I'll probably save up my 'slips' for alcohol
)
Today I weight 14 stone 13lb (209lb). Going to keep going for as long as I can
