so about 11 days since i started that pledge
I am still on it at the 11 days I maybe had only 1 day with drinks ( the day after my half marathon to celebrate ).
But i am being very good at keeping "white " carbs at bay and white "sugar". Also being drinking a lot of more water and tea.
I feel i had find my mojo back on the healthy life style ...being cooking town of homemade meal that help a lot too!
Anyway I am 4 pounds lighter then 11 days ago so far so going to keep that way as since my ankle need a rest i need to hold on the cardio workout for now.
I pledge to not eat carbs and sugars during the week (allowing myself some dow time a bit on the week end if NEED BE ONLY). Pledging to keep eating fibers proteins and vegetables for the main meals.
