Red, yellow, and orange food challenge
This might sound a little nutty but I've decided to make sure I eat at least one red, yellow, or orange food each day. It's a little challenge I set for myself. Things like condiments and sauce don't count.
This will include tomatoes, apples, red onions, berries, watermelon, bell peppers, pineapple, bananas, oranges, peaches and on and on...

They do say you should eat a rainbow, so that sounds like a great way to increase your fruit and veg intake I may try to do this too as I could do with eating more veg!

I would add purple and green to that list -- green and purple grapes, eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers, lettuce, and of course, my favorite: broccoli!
Cantaloupe makes a great orange food, as well, delicious with a scoop of cottage cheese if you can handle dairy.

Sweet potato wobbs! I noticed when I started eating more orange/red/yellow stuff, my vitamin C consumption sky rocketed, I was having like 1000% of RDA!
