Things you won't give up
I would never give up my diet soda. I don't drink that much of it to worry about the artificial sweeteners. I still think it is healthier than the regular kind with full sugar.
I also would not give up my ranch dressing. I don't use as much of it as I used to, but it really makes me look forward to eating my salads.
Dairy is another thing I will probably never give up. I like cheese and yogurt far too much to remove it from my diet completely.

Coffee! I have to start my day with a very strong espresso. No one can make it strong enough, I think they're afraid of harming me!
Everything else I try to give up but often not successfully!

Me too! Coffee! I love strong coffee. Fortunately, coffee doesn't have any calories and I drink it black unless it is a special treat.
I suppose the one thing that I could never fully give up would be meat. I admire people that can be strict with just eating veggies, but if I don't eat meat at least once or twice a week, I start to feel really run down. Maybe an iron supplement would help with that?

Oh, ha ha ha, COFFEE for sure! I also drink it black, no sugar, so I certainly don't worry it will add extra calories.
Other foods I won't give up include full-fat salad dressing (creamy Italian is my favorite), and real ice cream. Life is too short to eat fake food.

Coffee, cheese, alcohol Got to have the coffee and cheese daily (though I don't have a great deal of cheese) and a glass or two of something alcoholic usually at the weekend, luckily I am a bit of a lightweight so I never drink loads .

I do like the occasional Kahlua and Bailey's.
I have not completely given up potatoes either. I don't think I can. I know they are carby and starchy but they are low in calories and filling. I just really limit them to a few times a month.

This is actually a hard question. I definitely could not survive without coffee and cheese. I need coffee to start the day and cheese to make everything else taste great.
