Oh I deserved my gain Cathy, I enjoyed but too much. I'm so happy this week I've lost all but 1lb of that gain.
Anything is a good loss, steady is also good when those weeks happen so don't grab the cake
if you've had a naughty day (which everyone should imo) at the start of the week then you have the rest of the week... That's why my weigh-in day is Friday
When you say moved more what do you mean... Walking, running, other exercises?
