My weight loss had totally stalled again and I was sitting between 8st12 and 9stone, previous lowest was 8st11. Got on the scales this morning and I'm 8st10
Really hoping it stays off! I've been totally running out of time to exercise, either that or timing my food wrong so I end up either having just eaten or being far too hungry and needing to eat
I think work's helping though, even though I'm usually very active during the day, I'm literally not stopping now and not snacking too!
