Here is one of my favorite healthy dessert recipes. It's a pineapple-raspberry parfait. I know everybody likes parfait right? Well, it's creamy yogurt, healthy sweet fruit, and you can even add some nuts for fiber. Doesn't get anymore healthy for a dessert than that!
I usually just have a muller with or without fruit or sugar free jelly with light cream or jelly! Naughty side is a sprinkle of chocolate buttons or alike

I like to eat pudding or Jell-o. It is a low calorie sweet treat that doesn't make me feel too guilty. Sometimes I will add fruit, granola and a dollop of fat free Cool Whip.
