Well this is how I cook chicken sausages.
I buy 2 types of sausages.
HECK Chicken Sausages
These are small and thin so I put over a medium heat in a griddle or frying pan with some nut oil [good fat] until cooked.
Thick Butcher Chicken Sausages
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and added sausages.
- Turn the temp down to medium for 25 minutes.
- Drain
- Heat some nut oil in a none stick pan/skillet
- Or transfer to a grill
- Cook sausages until brown
- Serve
