Today I had:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - omelette, 1 piece of bacon, veg.
Dinner - diced beef, sweet potatoes and veg.
Snacks - walnuts, banana, 1 boiled egg.

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - banana.
Lunch - omelette and veg.
Dinner - chicken with sweet potatoes and veg.
Snacks - almonds.

I haven't felt very well today so not eaten much:
Breakfast - none.
Lunch - tiny bit of scrambled egg and some mushrooms (because my toddler stole most of my scrambled egg! )
Dinner - cottage pie made with sweet potato mash, and veg.
Snacks - chocolate buttons.

Dinner - chicken casserole with rice.
Snacks - almonds, chocolate buttons.

Today I've had:
Breakfast - almonds
Lunch - omelette, mushrooms.
Dinner - beef casserole with rice.
Snacks - cheese, boiled egg. ETA: I later had 50g of Pringles and a fairy cake, oops!

Yesterday I had:
Breakfast - none
Lunch - 2 eggs, onion and mushrooms.
Snack - protein shake after workout.
Dinner - chicken casserole.
Then in the evening we had pizza, Pringles, chocolate and Haribo while watching a film. Oops!

Snacks - two biscuits at my grandparents house.
Lunch - omelette with mackerel and veg, banana.
Snacks - protein shake after workout.
Dinner - minced beef, veg and rice in slow cooker, a nectarine, almonds.

Yesterday:
B - Scrambled egg on toast (Heb)
L - Salad
D - Chicken kebab, lean pork chop, new potatoes and salad
We were out most the day so I had a bite here and there of what the rest of the family were eating so I just counted those as my syns for the day

Snack - protein shake after gym, nectarine, banana, half avocado.
Dinner - chicken casserole with rice.
Snack - almonds.

Yesterday:
B - Scrambled egg, beans on toast (Heb)
L - Feta salad (Hea)
D - Ended up having a small drama (husband stranded on bike ride, two flat tyres lol) so despite having thai chicken planned, we had some cold salmon and salad due it being late
Syns - Crisps (8 syns) Salad Dressing (2 syns)
Today:
B - Scrambled egg and baked beans on toast (5 syns on Gluten free bread)
L - Ham salad (dressing 2 syns)
D - Cajun chicken burgers (Bun Heb, Cheese slice Hea) Potato salad (2 syns) Salad
Snack - Licorice Pipe (3 syns) 12 syns total today.
