I think I've overdone it!
I feel shocking! I've been feeling sicky all day, but assumed it was cos I hadn't eaten enough. But now I feel all flu like, everything aches and I CBA moving! I've come for a bath to try and soak the aches away, the worst bits are my legs and arms, which is what I've been working hardest. I'm hoping it's just sore muscles, Cos I've got to much to do to be ill!

If it's not illness and you're working areas more than usual I'd imagine you would get some aches and pains first few days of routine. About to run a bath and squat although my legs hurt too!

It's the tiredness that's going with it that's worrying me :/ usually it's like a sharp ache I get, but it's a really dull ache, I swear I best see an 8 this week, I'm working so much harder than I have before!

Oh, I do hope it's not the flu or anything like that. It's that time of year. We'll keep a good thought that it's only a bit of soreness from working out. Have you tried some Epsom salts in the tub or taken any pain relievers?
