TIP - Form Doing Lateral Raises
Exercise tip of the day
Form - Lateral Raise
You hand and elbow are a unit in this exercise and should move as a unit. Keep your elbows up and y you our forearm should be parallel to the ground when raised (at the top).

Correct form doing Lateral Raises in your workout session will be a shoulder saver and prevent injury.
