You can't beat running, completely different from walking. It releases feel good chemical, boosts so much about you in many ways... I'm proof of that and I believe haha!
I have a TM, I love the TM and I have not made good use of it but that is down to being off track generally. I now am setup but back room needs sorted with lighting and I will use it more as well as running outdoors. Advantages to both imo!
I have Reebok ZR10 after reading reviews.

Friend on my FB has the ZR9 and rates it very well!
As long as you use it and running the TM is more convenient than running outdoors then I personally would say yes it's worth it.

Look have just sweet talked my daddy into getting me one. Eeeeep

I used a treadmill at my parents once. I walked over 4.5mph & the belt came off. Ouch. Face plant. Lol[emoji27]

Wobbles. You really have to watch your stride on the treadmills. Sometimes you foot goes b off the back. Opps.

I've narrowed it down to 2, I would of gone for the same as you, which I love but I want my mum to be able to use it so need the max weight to be higher.
Also if mark wants to use it I need the weight to be higher, but he is happy cycling!!
Will be ordering it tonight. So decision time x
