Getting intrigued about clean eating even though I think it sounds like you just eat like a rabbit every day
I have some friends who clean eat and I admire their willpower but for me I need carbs and it seems like carbs such as pasta and bread are a 100% no so my question is if you clean eat is it REALLY a big fat NO? Do you clean eat but eat the ‘no’ stuff? How does it work for you?
