3 Chicken breasts
1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Cayenne
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Eggs
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add the 2 eggs to a bowl and beat.
Slice chicken into strips.
Dip chicken strips first into egg then into dry ingredients.
Lay onto a greased or use parchment paper baking tray.
Cook for 20/25 mins at 180c
