My running challenge to myself who would go outdoors 3 times a week is to get out at least once a week in the new year and hopefully find my motivation along the way.
So this is my run diary ... actually it’s my walk run walk sprint diary because I do intervals with myself but the aim per week is the same.
I want to burn some fat, especially my thighs and tum again.
