After my Tuesday mini run & sprints on the way home I pass some steps and back in September I decided to challenge them. I go up and down 10 times and my challenge is to do them within 5 minutes. It kills your legs!
The first time I did them I timed in at 6 minutes 18.12 seconds.
Yesterday after 2 weeks of missing my Tuesday sprints & #steps I thought my timing was going to seriously fail but I just needed to push myself back out that door and it was my best time to date BUT to be 1.05 second away from my target was pure devastation,
I had to start breathing again before I could bring myself to look at my watch and take a picture in pure disbelief but I had to laugh... what was the other option? Cry, I was close haha!
