Don't ask. But I know why I have no motivation which only I can change,
After years of getting up between 4.30/6.30am I'm not getting up until 7 gone now due to OH being made redundant end of April.
When I was up early I would exercise,shower,breakfast,housework,walk then go to work.
But now I get up,breakfast,sit and talk/watch tv with OH,then shower,housework,walk/shop,sit and have lunch with OH,then work.
Need to get back to my old routine.
