MY challenge was to do the treadmill 3 times a week,yoga and abs workout.
Which I have failed on all of them.
I have no excuse not to do any as I don't go to work until the afternoons but I've been busy knitting. Lol
Right here it is my challenge for the rest of July.
Walk min 10,000 steps every day.
Treadmill Tue and Thurs.
Abs workout Mon and Fri
Yoga Wed.
