Am up for a June challenge
Sadly having tried running, I really suck at it, and it leaves me in pain. So a 20 km a day exercise bike challenge sounds a feasible choice for me. Think that should take about 500 cals off my food intake if the bikes calorie counter is accurate. Guessing will take me about an hour and a half at my current fitness level.
So here goes : I PaulB will cycle 20 km a day on my exercise bike during this coming month of June. Every day I miss I give £5 as a charitable donation to something that's collecting at the time. If I miss 7 days or more I will epilate my hairy man legs.
