I took LO to two toddler groups, one of them is a 10,000 step round trip. I don't drive, so I just walk everywhere!

Days done 10/30 Steps 2/15 treadmill 3km
Steps Day 1 13555 Treadmill 28 mins 3km. Walking and running
Steps Day 2 7502 Not many steps as suffering from ibs
Steps Day 3 7500 Should of been treadmill day but day off ill.
Steps Day 4 11500 No treadmill as had Dr appointment at 8am.
Steps Day 5 14950
Steps Day 6 9878
Steps Day 7 7166
Steps Day 8 15693 treadmill done
Steps Day 9 7027
Steps Day 10 8976

Eee everyone's doing so well! My running isn't really happening cos of OH working so much, but determined to walk to pick the small ones up tonight and possibly even walk them to school tomorrow steps will be down a bit today cos I've not had my phone on me all day. Really want a fit bit!

You can get them on ebay (used and new) starting from £30 I got one last night for £40. I will need to give my friend hers back soon

If you have a Fitbit and want to join a group there is a group called Slimmers that anyone can join. Just log into Fitbit and go to Community.

wow lots of steps! Well done!
I lost my Fitbit tracker today but luckily my toddler randomly spotted it in the garden! Phew!

You are doing brilliant - the gym is so tough some days, by the time you get there do your thing get home half a day has gone.
I do ALL my workouts at home, follow a program and plan and join support groups all over facebook, making friends from around the world in the same boat and we all do the same work out, and it holds me accountable I need to be held accountable or i fall off the wagon, i like to feel im not letting the groups down Keep going you've got this.
