Bah had quite an intense physio session yesterday got home at 4 had some food then went for a short nap. When I woke up at 3 am this morning I realized had not done my 20 km.
I promptly shambled downstairs and knocked out a sluggish 10 km in just under an hour lol Then fell asleep in a chair. So the charity fund now stands at £5.
On a side note yesterday was also a cheat day as I was very disorganized and didn't prep any food. Had Bacon, sausage and hash browns on toast with 3 cookies. Ham sandwich and cinnamon roll for lunch. Pulled pork sandwich, vegi sushi, 2 red velvet donuts, 3/4 of a tear and share iced cinnamon bun. While its was all awesome according to my scales this morning I have gained 10 lbs. Yay. Sucks my body is so awesome at processing junk food.
